Description

The Pāramitās, the six transcendent trainings of the bodhisattva in Zen teaching, also support us in living with greater balance when we embody them. In this class we will explore each Pāramitā through study,  meditation, and yoga āsana practice.

Please wear comfortable clothing. It is helpful to have a zafu (round meditation cushion), support cushions if available, a yoga mat, one or two yoga blocks, two blankets, and a yoga strap or belt. A chair or seiza bench  may be used instead of a zafu. If you do not have all of the equipment, we can improvise.
