Swimming Dragon Walking Gong (or Tai Yi Xing Bu Gong 太乙行步功) originates with Daoist Grandmaster Yu Anren's family heirloom, the Swimming Dragon forms.

This series of movements combines Fitness Qigong with Tai Chi moves while walking. It is great for building flexibility, improving strength and balance, increasing circulation and calming the mind. This routine promotes mindful walking and is fun and suitable for people of all ages.

This workshop includes a Tai Chi Qigong Warm-Up Routine and the step-by-step study of Swimming Dragon Walking Gong. It also incorporates the Dragon Tiger Walking practice from Qin Quan, an internal Martial Art system, to provide you a comprehensive and Yin Yang balanced walking regimen.

This class will be supported with recordings for asynchronous participation. Recordings are available for registered participants for the duration of the course, and remain accessible for three weeks after it finishes.
