Zenshin Florence Caplow, who will be teaching the class, has "danced" with auto-immune illness for the last two decades, including rheumatoid arthritis. She is also a Zen priest and teacher, co-editor of The Hidden Lamp: Stories from Twenty Five Centuries of Awakened Women, and a Unitarian Universalist minister.

Zenshin Florence Caplow's new book on practicing with chronic illness will be released on October 7th. You can pre-order Tend to Your Spirit: Mindful Living With Chronic Illness online (and coming soon to the SFZC online bookstore).
