The January 25 half-day sitting opens the Winter 2020 Intensive. It is also open to anyone who would like to participate in the half-day sitting.
This half-day sitting offers traditional Soto Zen meditation practice. We ask those who attend to commit to participating in the complete schedule.
The schedule will begin at 5:40 am (please arrive in the zendo by 5:30 am) and end at 2 pm.
If you will need a chair in the zendo, please indicate this when you sign up.
Breakfast will be served in the zendo. Breakfast and lunch are included in the cost of the half-day sitting; however, you will need an oryoki set for breakfast. You may bring your own set, purchase one, or rent a set.
