Peggy Rowe Ward

Dr. Peggy Rowe Ward (pronouns—she/her) is a senior Dharma teacher in Buddhist Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh's Plum Village tradition, co-author of Making Friends With Time, and co-author with her husband Larry of Love's Garden, A Guide To Mindful Relationships. She offers a path of deep insight through methods such as movement, writing, art, and ritual. At age five, she wrote an autobiography expressing her desire to be a teacher, following the vocation of her maternal ancestors. Peggy has her doctorate in Adult Education and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. She serves on the faculty of a graduate program in Mindful Leadership at Atlantic University and has worked internationally with Fortune 500 firms, medical centers, schools, and universities. Peggy supports her students and clients with trauma resiliency practices, mindfulness, and spiritual direction.
