
He was introduced to the dance world through Argentine Tango, where he took several workshops in both Mexico and Argentina. In 2009, he became interested in Butoh and has taken multiple workshops with internationally renowned Japanese and Mexican masters, such as: Yoshito Ohno, Katsura Kan, Yumiko Yoshioka, Natsu Nakajima, Atsutsi Takanuchi, Mushimaru Fujieda, Akihito Ichihara, Ken Mai, Dai Matsouka, Makiko Tominaga, Rhea Volji, Diego Piñon, and Sandra Soto, among others.
In 2019, he took several workshops in Japan, including an artistic residency for Noh Theater at Noh Studio Master Hirota. In May of the same year, he was invited to participate in the 2nd International Butoh Dance Festival.
He incorporates his experience as a professional Basque Cesta Punta Pelota (Jai Alai) into his movements. Since 2012, he has performed on various stages in the country and abroad. His most notable artistic work is ANIMUS / Inner Soul, which he presented in May 2019 at the 2nd International Butoh Dance Festival in Kyoto, Japan. He holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering with a Master's degree in Planning and Systems; he has taken multiple courses in audio and lighting, and is also a freelance musician of brass percussion and other instruments.
PERFORMANCE:
Frida: It´s a dance that explores the duality of being, governed by different emotional states of existence, completely opposite to one another, for the acceptance of existing dualities.
