Description

We are living in a time of profound transition and uncertainty, marked by political polarization, social division, economic volatility, and environmental crisis. Amidst this collective disruption, many of us find ourselves in a liminal space where we are no longer who we were, and the new has not yet fully emerged. It is a threshold of discomfort, potential, and becoming. Liminality is not simply about change; it is about transformation.

Rooted in Buddhist teachings, this retreat invites you to lean into these times of transition as fertile ground for inquiry, acceptance, and awakening. Rather than resisting the discomfort of the unknown, we are called to pause, reflect, and allow uncertainty to become a ground rich with possibility.

Whether you are standing at a crossroads, grieving what has passed, or sensing a quiet pull toward a new path, this retreat offers a safe and spacious container to help you return to yourself, reconnect with your deeper knowing, and move forward with clarity and peace.

Through a blend of meditation, mindfulness, reflective inquiry, group dialogue, and gentle somatic practices, we will explore how to:

  • Remain steady when life feels uncertain or unstable
  • Move from resistance and fear into receptivity and courage
  • Engage transitions as catalysts for insight, growth, and redefinition
  • Cultivate inner resilience, groundedness, and purpose

Who Should Attend
This retreat is for anyone navigating transition personally, professionally, or collectively. If you feel the ground shifting beneath you, this experience offers compassionate guidance, practical tools, and a supportive community to help you remain grounded, clear, and resilient in the face of the unknown.
