Description

Some yoga experience is recommended.

Learn to more fully enjoy a yoga practice, making it sustainable and nourishing.

The Yoga term “vinyasa krama” means “to place your step in a special way.” It can also mean “flow” or “a gradual movement in the right direction.” This retreat is an opportunity to find the practice that is right for you. Through gentle group classes and individual instruction and guidance in both yoga and Zen teachings you can create a process of practice that is nourishing, enjoyable, and sustainable. If you are a beginner you can discover; if you are experienced you can rediscover–it’s as simple as moving and breathing.
