Description

In these challenging times, MiR is offering a one-day retreat at SFZC to rest in sangha and cultivate calm abiding. Shamatha practice — Tranquil Abiding — is a gentle path to stillness and clarity. Parallel to this is our recovery practice of “Pause.” This retreat is designed for people at all levels of recovery and practice, and will offer grounding through breath, presence, and compassion.

Please join us and reconnect with ease, community, and the quiet strength within.
