Description

Dharma talks by Zen teachers are a traditional method of transmitting the heart and understanding of Buddha's Way. Public Dharma talks are offered every Saturday morning and most Wednesday evenings. Everyone is welcome to attend.

Before attending, please review the Health and Safety Requirements.

In today's Dharma talk, Marc will be presenting his new book Finding Clarity: How Compassionate Accountability Builds Vibrant Relationships, Thriving Workplaces, and Meaningful Lives. Finding Clarity is a guide to finding more depth, flexibility, and effectiveness at work and in your everyday life through the practice of compassionate accountability—the art and practice of not avoiding conflicts and aligning around visions of health, wellbeing, and success. It is a practice of cultivating greater freedom—greater emotional freedom, freedom from conditioning and mistaken beliefs, and freedom to choose how to respond in the most caring and effective ways. Finding clarity and compassionate accountability are the essential practices for living a meaningful life and helping to solve our most essential problems.

  • Following the talk, there will be a Q&A and book signing event in the dining room at 300 Page Street. You are welcome to join for the Q&A and book signing only, which will begin at about 11 am.
