Armand Volkas, MFT, RDT/BCT, is a psychotherapist, drama therapist, and theatre director. He is Clinical Director of the Living Arts Counseling Center and Associate Professor in the CIIS Drama Therapy Program. Armand’s Healing the Wounds of History programs have received international recognition for utilizing drama therapy in intercultural conflict transformation and healing generational trauma. He also leads The Living Arts Playback Theatre Ensemble, now in its 30th year. At the heart of Armand’s work is a profound respect for the power of personal story to build bridges between people and cultures.
