Description

How do we stay present and focused in a world of distractions?

Buddha worried we were too distracted 2,500 years ago – and that was before paper, let alone smart phones. In this afternoon workshop, we'll follow a gentle schedule of meditation and discussion, exploring ways to bring focus and attention back to our daily lives. You'll leave with the tools to begin living in a more mindful way.

This is a great opportunity for absolute beginners to start meditating and for experienced sitters to reinvigorate their practice. All are welcome!
