Located at 300 Page Street in San Francisco, our 100-year-old building was designed by pioneering California architect Julia Morgan and originally housed young Jewish women making their way in the big city. Purchased by SFZC in the 60s, it has been a Soto Zen Buddhist Temple ever since. In 2024, the building went through an extensive, year-long renovation that included new bathrooms, a lovely Welcome Center, and an elevator. All the public areas of the building are now fully accessible.
