Sunday 10:00am Dharma Talk: Michael Gelfond, Livestream/Onsite 10/11
Description
Dharma talks by Zen teachers are a traditional method of transmitting the heart and understanding of Buddha’s Way. Public Dharma talks with follow-up Q&A are offered at Green Gulch Farm from 10:00–11:20 am every Sunday morning (with some exceptions) following zazen instruction at 8:15 am and an optional period of zazen (sitting meditation) from 9:30–10:00 am. After the talk, informal tea with conversation is offered outside the zendo.
This public program is available in-person at Green Gulch Farm as well as online via Zoom; all are welcome.

Michael Gelfond
Michael Gelfond (Kai-Gen Myo-Gyo, Ocean Source/Inconceivable Practice) began practicing Zen at SFZC in 1973. He practiced at City Center, Green Gulch Farm, and Tassajara for ten years and then went on to study medicine and practice Emergency Medicine at Oakland Kaiser Hospital for 30 years.
