One-day sittings offer traditional Soto Zen all-day meditation practice. We ask those who join one-day sittings to commit to participating in the complete schedule. (View a sample schedule).
This online one-day sitting is part of 2026 Fall Practice Period at City Center, Online/Commuter and is included as part of that practice period–if you've signed up for that, there's no need to sign up here.
The final version of the schedule will be available and information about participating in this sitting online will be provided to those who have registered.
