Practice Sessions and Dharma Talks

These live Dharma talks by SFZC and invited teachers are offered online from City Center, Green Gulch Farm, and other locations.

Every Thursday, 5:30 – 6:30 pm PT, a SFZC teacher leads an online practice session, including meditation, studying a Buddhist text or teaching, and an opportunity for group discussion of practice.

On Sundays, 5 – 6 pm PT, Abiding Abbess Fu Schroeder from Green Gulch Farm will lead an online practice session which may include studying a Buddhist text or teaching, group practice discussion, and Q&A.
