Description

Discover the art of slowing down in this peaceful and grounding Tea & Mindfulness retreat at Green Gulch. Designed to help calm the overstimulated mind, this experience blends tea ritual with practical mindfulness techniques to cultivate connection, clarity, and inner stillness.

In a welcoming and relaxed setting, you’ll explore how simple, intentional practices—like preparing and enjoying a cup of tea—can bring mindfulness into everyday life. We’ll guide you through accessible tools, mindful conversation, and grounding rituals to support your personal practice.

By the end of the retreat, you will not only have new knowledge about the history of tea, its connection to Buddhism, and how tea is made, but but also personal mindfulness practices.
