Description
Dharma talks by Zen teachers are a traditional method of transmitting the heart and understanding of Buddha’s Way. Public Dharma talks with follow-up Q&A are offered at Green Gulch Farm from 10:00–11:20 am every Sunday morning (with some exceptions) following zazen instruction at 8:15 am and an optional period of zazen (sitting meditation) from 9:30–10:00 am. After the talk, informal tea with conversation is offered outside the zendo.
This public program is available in-person at Green Gulch Farm as well as online via Zoom; all are welcome.

Kristin Diggs
Kristin Diggs was ordained as a Soto Zen priest at Green Dragon Temple, Green Gulch Farm, in 2021. She trained residentially for ten years within SFZC’s three temples between 2014 and 2025, during which time she held a number of senior staff positions, including Ino, Tenzo, and Work Leader.
