Courageous Heart, Calm Mind: Living Intentionally Through Zen & Yoga, GGF 8/5–8/9 – Waitlist Only

August 5 @ 4:00 pm - August 9 @ 11:00 am
Practice Center: Green Gulch Farm
Date / Time: August 5, 2026 / 4:00pm - August 9, 2026 / 11:00am

Description

Setting an intention is a powerful and conscious tool for transformation, especially when intentions arise from a heartfelt vow or ideal that reflects our deepest values. When practicing Iyengar yoga and Zen meditation, we aim to support our intentions with a steady yet resilient mind-body. Our focus is more on cultivating an internal state of being rather than achieving an external goal.

As challenges arise in our daily lives, however, we can lose contact with our innermost intentions. Deepening our practice of yoga and meditation can help us realign with our original goals. With a clear mind and a courageous heart, we can find the inspiration and strength to once more attend to what is most important to us.

With a lighthearted approach, Letitia will help us express the poses fully and with joy.  David will encourage us to connect to our natural state of confidence, insight, and equanimity. All levels of yoga and meditation experience are welcome.
