Arbor Day at Green Gulch Farm 2026, GGF 4/19
Description

Please join in this decades-long tradition of Arbor Day at Green Gulch Farm as the community expresses our gratitude for the blessings of the earth. Following the 10:00 am Dharma talk, participants are welcome to bring a bag lunch and picnic on the GGF grounds. Our apologies for not being able to provide lunch at this time due to staff shortages.
At 1:30 pm, the Arbor Day event opens with words and a dedication ceremony. (Please follow the signs for directions to our opening gathering place.) Activities will include a ceremonial tree planting, weeding, sheet mulching, and creating seed balls. At 4:30 pm we will gather on the patio for tea, treats, and closing.
Feel free to bring your own gloves and basic gardening tools (clippers etc) if you have them.
