Description

Where personal growth in leaders creates empowering environments.

In this immersive retreat, you’ll deepen your connection to yourself and others through Zen principles integrated with the Leadership Embodiment and Conscious Leadership programs. Drawing on Zen, mindfulness, and somatic engagement, you’ll learn to work with posture—thought, emotion, and body—to recover quickly from stress, stay poised and creative in conflict, and navigate difficult conversations with greater ease. You’ll explore how to cultivate genuine connectedness in an age of AI, and how reverence can spark joy and meaning in your leadership. You’ll leave with practical tools and deeper awareness that transform how you lead and connect under pressure—creating conditions where everyone can thrive.
