Saturday Morning Schedule

NOTE: During the Fall 2019 practice period, the Saturday morning schedule through breakfast is modified to the following on October 12, 19, 26, November 9, 16, 23:

6:30 am Zazen (if you will be participating in the oryoki breakfast, bring your bowls with you)
7:10 Short Service in the zendo
7:20 Soji
7:35 Breakfast (formal oryoki breakfast in the zendo)

The usual schedule will resume following the Rohatsu Sesshin:

6:30 am Zazen
7:10 Service in the Buddha Hall
7:40 Soji
7:55 Breakfast (formal oryoki breakfast in the zendo is offered during practice periods)
8:40 * Zazen instruction (introduction to meditation)
9:25 Zazen
10:00 * Public lecture: Dharma talk
11:00 Tea and discussion
11:20 * Introduction to zendo forms
12:00 Lunch ($10-15 suggested donation)

Saturday Afternoon and Sunday:
The City Center building is closed to the general public, except for special classes, sittings, or events.
