SUMMARY:Vast Body\, Many Parts: A Somatic Inquiry of Self-Energy\, GGF 9/5 – Waitlist Only
DESCRIPTION:This introductory half-day workshop explores the relationship between contemplative meditation practice\, somatic awareness\, and parts work/self-energy inquiry in an accessible and grounded way. \nDrawing from Zen practice\, restorative yoga\, somatic inquiry\, and Internal Family Systems-inspired language\, the workshop will support participants in developing greater calm\, clarity\, compassion\, and curiosity toward their internal experience. \nThe day will include: \n\nGuided meditation and somatic grounding practices\nGentle restorative movement/yoga\nInquiry into “parts” and conditioned patterns\nDyad and small group reflection\nSilent sitting practice (zazen)\n\nThe workshop is intended as an introductory exploration rather than deep therapeutic trauma work\, with an emphasis on safety\, accessibility\, and practical tools for self-awareness and embodied presence. \nThis event has reached full capacity.
