Together\, by cultivating presence of body and mind through these parallel practices\, we can wake up to this gift of human life. We will offer gentle\, mixed-level yoga\, meditation\, Dharma discussion\, and ample unstructured time to enjoy Tassajara’s wilderness and hot springs. \nAll levels welcome.
