DESCRIPTION:This page is for ONLINE sesshin registration. If you want to sit in-person at City Center please register for the Three-Day Sesshin\, City Center 11/5-11/7. \nSesshins are traditional Soto Zen meditation retreats that include Dharma talks\, sitting and walking meditation\, and the opportunity for group practice discussion sessions. \nThis sesshin will be offered through the Online Practice Center and will be geared towards supporting those who are participating at home. In addition to sitting and walking meditation and online morning\, noon\, and evening service\, there will be Dharma talks each morning. \nWe ask those who attend sesshin to commit to participating in the schedule as completely as possible. If you have questions regarding the schedule\, please consult with the director of the Online Practice Center via email (dan.gudgel@sfzc.org) before completing your registration. \nThis three-day online sesshin is included with the 2026 City Center Fall Practice Period\, Online/Commuter\, but is open to registration by those not participating in the practice period. If you already registered for the practice period there is no need to register for the online sesshin. \nThe registration deadline is November 4.
