SUMMARY:Caregivers' Sitting\, CC 10/11
DESCRIPTION:This half-day sitting for caregivers is intended to offer a time of refuge and learning about supportive meditation practices. Led by Outreach Coordinator Ellen Simpson\, it will include instructions in sitting and walking meditation\, a short lecture with Q&A\, and an opportunity for individual instruction. Forms for sitting and moving in the zendo (meditation hall) will be briefly discussed. \nOpen to all caregivers\, including nurses\, daycare providers\, and people taking care of family members. Offered by donation.
