Description

Discover how to free yourself of reactive mind-body patterns and experience a deeper authentic connection, presence, and vitality.

The Buddha taught that we all suffer. This retreat focuses on interrupting the habitual conditioning that hinders us from simply being with experience. We will uncover the natural state of quiet mind, slowing down to see what is actually happening. Rather than avoiding difficult experiences and emotions (such as anxiety), we kindly befriend them with mindfulness and compassion. This retreat includes guided meditations complementing contemporary neuroscience and psychotherapeutic strategies for managing anxious and depressed states.
