Strengthen Your Body, Calm the Mind, and Uplift the Spirit in Moving Meditation

Sally Chang leads you in this gentle and nourishing Qigong passed down from her grand-teacher, Master Li Chengyu. She was a beloved Daoist Priestess who was an expert of Internal Cultivation from Wudang Mountain.

This beautiful Qigong fortifies your health, restores resiliance, and calms the mind. It is accessible to everybody and can be modified for seated practice. It is perfect for this time. This 5-day workshop is also a great opportunity to establish your home practice with guidance and classmates! 

Accessible to all levels, no previous experience necessary.

A recording of each class will be available to stream for 48 hours, so you can review or catch up if you missed one.
