Saturday, 1 – 4 pm PT
The world is feeling greater uncertainty than ever before. This has led to anxiety, distraction, and other difficulties for so many of us. Habits brought on by fear and isolation have left people unhealthier, lonelier, and more stressed.
Our understanding and practice actualizes possibilities for our lives and for the world if we can be open in the middle of uncertainty.
In this workshop, we will examine uncertainty at the experiential level, looking at Zen teachings and practices that move us from our habitual reactions towards curious and creative approaches to uncertainty. We will explore how the practical applications of these teachings guide us in meaningful work, relationships, and habits.
