Sally Chang will guide you in an introduction to Ba Duan Jin, the 8 Silk Brocades Qigong.

Gentle and nourishing meditation in motion, consisting of 8 parts, to nourish and harmonize your body, mind and spirit. Reducing stress by unblocking and toning Qi pathways, and returning energy to your core in a dynamically integrated tapestry.

This live in-real-time workshop is designed to help you create a regular rhythm of daily home practice. Sally will guide you in Qigong for one hour every morning, plus optional Q&A. After each class you’ll be emailed a link to the video replay. So if you missed a session, live in a different time zone, or want to review, you have access to the video for 48 hours.
