Saturday, 9 am – 1 pm PT
We can be simultaneously calm and awake, Qigong as moving meditation can help us learn how.
Sally Chang will guide you in connecting with your calm center with a Qigong form created by Sally's grand-teacher, Master Li Chengyu, beloved Daoist Priestess from Wudang Mountain. This Qigong is meditation in motion, and is deeply nourishing and energizing. It builds resilience from our core and reduces stress. Beginners to experienced students are welcome. Sally Chang is known for her depth of wisdom and warm, focused presence in these healing arts.
Video replay available for one week.
Physical expectations are standing, moving up and down with the legs, and raising the arms below and above the shoulders. Can be modified for seated posture.
As a deeply nourishing practice of self care and cultivation, BIPoC are encouraged. Beginners and all levels welcome.
