4 pm Thursday – 1 pm Sunday
Cultivation of the paramitas—generosity, ethics, patience, joyful effort, meditation, and understanding—infuse our lives with well-being and the energy to work for positive change. Each of the paramitas guides us into connection with the body and breath for a grounded awake presence. This retreat will bring the paramitas alive in Zen meditation, discussion, and life practice. Through somatic movement, dynamic and restorative asanas, and pranayama, our yoga sessions will facilitate sensory awareness and the realization of our interconnectedness with all beings.
Supportive of all levels. Optional BIPOC break-out groups will be provided.
