The hunger to belong is at the heart of our nature.
~ John O’Donohue

These uncertain times are causing many of us to experience anxiety, impermanence, and disconnection. To know and feel our belonging asks us to be courageously vulnerable and cultivate curiosity. Life conspires to illuminate our interconnectedness in the midst of the unknowable.

During this workshop we will draw from Buddhist wisdom, contemplative practices, and contemporary somatic psychology to explore ancient and new ways of belonging to ourselves, others, and the non-human world. When we embody the birthright of our interconnectedness and the ground of belonging, ever-changing life lives through us.
