Four Tuesdays, 7 – 8:30 pm PT

Zazen—seated meditation—is the practice of experiencing what’s happening in the moment. Within the Zen tradition there are ways of relating to the body, the breath, and the mind that help evoke a sustained engagement in simple, open awareness while practicing zazen. There are also traditional ways to help bring zazen heart-mind to daily activities.

During this four-week class, we will learn about and put into practice traditional zazen techniques of body, breath, and mind. There will be opportunities for us to practice online as a class and to ask questions.
