Monday – Friday, 8 – 9:15 am

Sally Chang guides you in one of the oldest and most influential Qigong forms, the Eight Silk Brocades (Ba Duan Jin). A deeply nourishing, grounding, and centering Qigong consisting of eight parts. Return energy to your core in a dynamically integrated tapestry. Excellent foundation for Qigong, martial arts, and Taiji practice.

This live, in-real-time workshop is designed to help you create a regular rhythm of daily home practice. Sally will guide you in Qigong for one hour every morning, followed by Q&A.

Video Replay link will be emailed to you after each class, and available all week long. So, if you missed a session or want to review, you’ll have access to the video for a full week from day one.

As a deeply nourishing practice of self care and cultivation, BIPoC are encouraged. Beginners and all levels welcome.

Physical expectations for class will be standing, shifting weight, moving arms and legs.
