How do the active forms of meditation—sitting and asana—transform our ability to perceive and relate to the self and the world? How can we access concentration and meditation in the midst of change?
Both the Buddha and Patanjali teach whole-body methods to free us from habits and preconceptions of being and doing, allowing us to settle what is stable, wholesome, and real. This online workshop for experienced practitioners is an opportunity to enrich the experience of home practice, to collect ourselves and become one-pointed in the midst of daily life. We will cultivate direct experience of immediacy and growth in concentration and meditation within the embodied forms of Soto Zen and Iyengar yoga, to nourish your intention for the coming year.
