Whatever you have to say,
now is the time to say it out loud
All our dreams of the past,
All our dreams of what will be
Reach out your hand.
Some rivers we must cross together
"Punnika ~ The Slave" from The First Free Women: Poems of the Early Buddhist Nuns
Spring brings the awakening of life force from the deep womb of winter and expresses itself out loud as 10,000 blades of grass, rivers swollen with rain, bears emerging from dark earth hibernation, and the quickening of new possibilities in our lives and in the world.
In this day of reflection and embodied listening, supported by meditation, movement, gentle yoga, ancient vows, and journaling, we will reach out and join our hearts and hands together and explore what is asking to come forward and be expressed in this great turning.
What is emerging, round and free, from the suffering of the past? What are we dreaming into life? This is a day of connection and interconnection—with ourselves, each other, with and for the Earth.
