From the time they began to co-lead Zen and Yoga retreats with one another at Green Gulch and Tassajara, Linda and Patricia discovered and rediscovered the joyful and intimate complementarity of Zen and Yoga. Their friendship and shared practices have developed and deepened to result in co-leading retreats that have offered replenishment and revitalization to them and to the participants. Please join us and experience these practices that express and lead to touching deeply into the often unnoticed field of connection and mutual support from one another and the world.
Friday, May 14, begins with an orientation and Dharma talk followed by zazen and a yoga class. Saturday will have three sessions, including yoga and Dharma talks on the theme of compassionate mind, boundless mind. Saturday will also include discussion and small group meetings, leaving time for resting after the morning. Please see the schedule.
