This workshop integrates Buddhism and therapeutic Yoga. Valorie and Lisa will support and guide participants to investigate long-held patterns in the body. The purpose of the practices is to identify both the stories and the habitual ways of living that can keep one held in suffering.
Traditional Buddhist practices honor the role of the body in both creating and relieving suffering. The ancient practice of Yoga reveals the visceral connection that integrates the and mind and body together for the relief of suffering.
