This workshop is intended for anyone who feels stuck or overwhelmed by daily life, and is looking for a way to regain balance and clarity by transforming their relationship with material, mental, and emotional clutter. Consider this as an “unstuff your life” boot camp, during which we’ll use core value exercises, meditation and group discussion to help you uncover delusion and break free from the power that “story” (whether about yourself or your material things) holds over your life. Presented with simple, practical skills and mindfulness techniques, you’ll leave with potent tools to eliminate clutter and distraction while reconnecting with your heart—the source of joy.
