All are welcome.
“If you have these two things -- the willingness to change, and the acceptance of everything as it comes -- you will have all you need to work with.” -- Charlotte Selver
Life is uncertain. As much as we try to create stability and predictability, each moment brings its own surprise, and its own unique offering. The more we can show up for each moment just as it is, the more we can thrive in the midst of uncertainty. Our sensations are wonderful allies in this process. As we rely on them, we can find freedom in the midst of any experience. In this retreat, we practice mindful attention and openhearted inquiry, sharing group meals and holding classes inside and outside, in daylight and darkness, learning from our own direct experiencing.
Retreat fee: $370 ($315/member)
