with Laura Burges
July 12-15 (Thursday-Sunday)
$240 ($204/Member) A three day retreat for women practicing 12-Step recovery and meditation.
Women all over the world and throughout time gather to encourage and empower one another. In this retreat, we will deepen our understanding of how practice and recovery can sustain us. Meditation instruction will be provided and there will be opportunities for both meditation and mindful movement. Mornings will include one-half hour of sitting before breakfast, a dharma talk, and a discussion. Afternoons will be free for hiking, resting, and relaxing in the hot springs or outdoor pool. We will gather in the late afternoon for a 12-Step meeting followed by dinner in the guest dining room.
