Harmonize, balance, improve health and cultivate a sense of well being through Taichi, Qigong, and Zen.

In this retreat we will study one form of the Taiyi Swimming Dragon Quan, a rare Taichi style that was kept as a family secretuntil the 1980s. The beautiful and gentle Swimming Dragon Quan combines Taichi, Qigong, and yogic stretching. It is a form for circulating and cultivating Qi and for enhancing balance, flexibility, and coordination. The combination of Taichi,
Qigong, and Zen study makes this retreat fun, enjoyable and suitable for people of all ages.
