May 12-15 (Monday-Thursday)

All are welcome and no previous experience is necessary.

Rest deeply in the ease of your essential nature as you experience the ancient somatic meditations of Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) and Nada Yoga (yoga of sound).

This retreat will explore our sense of well-being and ease with Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing Journeys and short Zen sittings. iRest® Yoga Nidra is based on an ancient meditation practice that facilitates a deep state of rest, rejuvenation, and healing. It is a guided meditation that is experienced lying down (or seated) comfortably. Our sound healing journeys will be supported by the sonic richness of an ensemble of over 30 Tibetan and crystal singing bowls and sound healing instruments. There will be plenty of leisure time for bathing in the waters and enjoying the pristine beauty of Tassajara in the spring.
