Everyone welcome

“Unstuff your life” and transform your relationship with material, mental, and emotional clutter to discover the heart of liberation.

This retreat is intended for everyone who feels overwhelmed in daily life. You may have too much to do and not enough time to do it, or simply feel stuck or disconnected. Perhaps you lack space in your life for what you are most passionate about due to clutter, habitual mental and emotional “grasping,” and ongoing confusion about personal priorities. Through core value exercises, organizational techniques, meditations, and group discussions, we will learn how to successfully slow down and simplify, quietly reflect on what is essential, and make real and lasting changes for a freer, more spacious, and happier life.

Retreat fee: $240 ($204/Member)
