May 18-23, 2014 (Sunday-Friday)

The curative power of deep relaxation and the clear presence cultivated through yoga, meditation, and nature offer a potent resource for healing.

This retreat will promote greater well being through the therapeutic application of Prajna yoga, with a unique combination of asana, somatic movement, and pranayama. Zen meditation will develop ease and stability of mind to access your innermost being and embrace what arises. We will experience time, presence, and beauty as the ultimate healers. Our gentle schedule will provide alternating periods of yoga, sitting and walking meditation, Zen teachings, and shared wisdom in group discussions. The yoga sessions will be both dynamic and therapeutic, skillfully sequenced, and alignment based. There will be ample time to enjoy the nourishing spring wilderness of Tassajara.

This retreat will inspire students at all levels.

Retreat fee: $370 ($315/Member)

Please note that the retreat fee does not include accommodations. Retreats begin late afternoon on the indicated start date and end in the morning on the indicated end date.
