Liping's Slideshow
with Liping Julia Zhu L.Ac. and Jisan Anna Thorn
April 30-May 7, 2015 (Thursday-Thursday)

No previous experience necessary.

Harmonize, balance, improve health and cultivate a sense of well being through Taichi, Qigong, and Zen.

In this retreat we will study one form of the Taiyi Swimming Dragon Quan, a rare Taichi style that was kept as a family secret until the 1980s. The beautiful and gentle Swimming Dragon Quan combines Taichi, Qigong, and yogic stretching. It is a form for circulating and cultivating Qi and for enhancing balance, flexibility, and coordination. The combination of Taichi, Qigong, and Zen study makes this retreat fun, enjoyable and suitable for people of all ages.

Retreat fee: $520 ($442/Member)

Please note that the retreat fee does not include accommodations. Retreats begin late afternoon on the indicated start date and end in the morning on the indicated end date. Visit the Rooms & Rates section and determine your preferred accommodations before making your reservations request online.
