with Purusha Hickson and Zenshin Greg Fain
June 2-5 (Monday-Thursday)
All levels welcome.
When we carefully listen to the messages from our bodies we may begin to understand that there is a deep request for peace and harmony.
Through the practices of yoga postures, systematic breathing techniques, upright seated meditation, and fun group processes, we will explore listening deeply--creating an organic platform for positive transformation in our bodies, in our lives, and thus in the world. This is an all levels retreat. Everyone will be encouraged to find their unique “wisdom point.” The wisdom point is where we don’t do too much or too little, “but just right!” It is suggested that all participants have a minimum of three months of regular yoga practice, or the consent of the instructor.Retreat fee:
Please note that the retreat fee does not include accommodations. Retreats begin late afternoon on the indicated start date and end in the morning on the indicated end date. Visit the Rooms & Rates
