Step into the innocence of Heart Directed living with Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga and the art of Zen meditation, nourishing breath, body and heart.

Integrate the vibrancy of vinyasa yoga, upliftment of kundalini yoga and insight of Zen into your life. These practices lead to deep calm and a quiet mind, where your heart blossoms. Formulated to bring you to your edge, Ann’s vinyasa flow classes touch long held tension and insecurities, melting them in the gentle fire of your own alchemical process. Denise’s classes are a platform for radical change and honesty through Kundalini yoga, one of the most effective and transformative paths available today. Sara will offer Zen meditation instruction, encouraging awareness of breath and the return to your still point.
