So you’re having a conflict ...
Human beings experience conflict - this is a natural part of life.
The Ethics and Reconciliation (EAR) Council reflects Zen Center’s intention to address individual and institutional conflict as it arises in our community.
When a conflict arises, you are encouraged to consult a teacher or practice leader, or talk to a peer. The EAR Council is intended to support and enhance existing processes and procedures within Zen Center in the following ways:
To be your ally
To help mediate conflicts
To provide helpful Zen Center resources
Charlie Pokorny (chair), Gail Claspell, Grace Dammann, Lee Lipp, Qayyum Johnson, Michael McCord and David Zimmerman.
