Human beings experience conflict - this is a natural part of life. The Ethics and Reconciliation (EAR) Council reflects Zen Center’s intention to address individual and institutional conflict as it arises in our community. When a conflict arises, you are encouraged to consult a teacher or practice leader, or talk to a peer. The EAR Council is intended to support and enhance existing processes and procedures within Zen Center in the following ways: To listen To be your ally To help mediate conflicts To provide helpful Zen Center resources
